Tatum Olesen, a junior, and senior Katherine Lorenz finished first and third in the girls varsity 3-mile race for Menlo-Atherton High in California at the 39th Phil Wilder Mariner Cross Country Invitational at Hayward High in Hayward, Calif. Olesen triumphed in 17:29.91 and Lorenz took third in 17:47.40 to help Menlo-Atherton prevail by a 73-151 margin against Willow Glen.
